LUXURY PRESENCE RETREATS
THE PERFORMA BALL EXPERIENCE
Space to reset.
Presence to take home.
An intimate luxury retreat built around Yossi Montrose’s Performa Ball methodology: guided ball practice, speaking with presence, thoughtful hospitality and carefully paced local experiences.
Proposed signature experience: 4 days / 3 nights, 8–12 guests. Currently in development. Dates, destination, venue and pricing to be confirmed. Enquiries are welcome; bookings are not yet open.

Before you enquire.
A tailored proposal may include three nights’ accommodation, an agreed meal plan, Yossi-led ball coaching, equipment for guided sessions, speaking practice, a personal practice journal, one curated excursion, individual coaching time and a follow-up integration conversation. Exact inclusions, room arrangements, group size and pricing are confirmed in writing before booking. Flights, visas, insurance, transfers, treatments, upgrades and personal extras are excluded unless specifically listed.
Practise guided balance, comfortable breathing and releasing unnecessary tension. Each exercise is adapted to the group; standing on the ball is optional.
Use the contact button to share your goals, preferred dates or region, and whether you are enquiring for yourself or a private group. We begin with a conversation about fit. There are no confirmed departure dates or prices yet, and an enquiry does not reserve a place. Before any booking, you will receive a written itinerary, full price, inclusions, payment and cancellation terms. The proposed take-home experience includes personal practice notes, a simple ball routine and an integration conversation to help you apply the work after returning home.
LUXURY PRESENCE RETREATS
Space to reset. Presence to take home.
An intimate luxury experience with Yossi Montrose: guided Performa Ball practice, speaking with presence, thoughtful hospitality and carefully paced local experiences.

The ball is the beginning.
The stability ball is the secret weapon at the heart of every retreat. Its movement gives immediate feedback: how you breathe, where you grip, how you respond when balance changes. Yossi draws on 24+ years of coaching and his own lived experience to help you find an appropriate challenge, adjust your response and practise again.
The Performa Ball Stability Adaptation Loop guides the work: Challenge → Sensory Information → Processing → Response → Adaptation. We explore this through guided ball practice, breath awareness and speaking, then apply those cues to everyday situations.
For leaders, founders, speakers and people who carry responsibility, this is time to reconnect with the body behind the role. Come with a presentation, a difficult conversation or a personal challenge you want to explore. No previous ball experience is needed. The ball is essential; standing on it is an advanced option, never an expectation.
Your host, Yossi Montrose, knows what it is to struggle to be heard. His experience of a hearing aid and childhood bullying is part of the story behind his work on confidence and presence. At the retreat, that personal understanding meets attentive coaching, honest feedback and room to progress at your own pace.

What you will explore.
Recognise Pressure
Notice the breath, tension and rushing that show up before a difficult conversation.
Respond to Change
Use the ball’s shifting feedback to explore how you adjust, rather than freeze, when conditions change.
Higher confidence
When your posture is steady, your voice and message come through stronger and clearer.
Tools You Can Use Daily
Simple techniques you can repeat at home or at work to stay aligned and present.
Breath Awareness
Notice held or rushed breathing and practise a comfortable pause before speaking.
Recover Your Focus
Practise pausing, resetting and returning to your message after a distraction or difficult question.
Luxury, with room to breathe.
THE SETTING
The intention is a distinctive boutique hotel or private retreat property, selected for comfort, character, quiet and space to practise. Think a welcoming room, considered meals, natural light and a setting you want to spend time in. Room categories, facilities and meal plans will be specified in your proposal.
THE HOSPITALITY
Unhurried breakfasts, nourishing lunches and shared dinners give the day a generous rhythm. Dietary and access requirements are discussed before confirmation. Small-group numbers allow personal attention, while protected downtime gives you permission to enjoy the surroundings.
THE LOCAL EXPERIENCES
Depending on the destination, a carefully planned outing could be a coastal walk, a guided cultural visit, a local food experience or time on the water. Routes, transport, pace and rest stops are considered together. Weather alternatives and a quieter option are planned; specialist activities depend on suitable local operators.
PRIVATE & PERFORMANCE EDITIONS
A private group or leadership-team retreat can be shaped around your objectives. Golfers, runners, cyclists and sailors can enquire about a performance-focused edition combining ball practice with an appropriate destination and activity plan. Every itinerary is designed and quoted individually.

"The Core Confidence Experience has completely turned that around. I'm finally pain-free, I can actually balance on that ball now, and my posture has never been this good. I really do feel at least 10 to 15 years younger, with a core that feels strong and a confidence that just makes me feel good whenever I walk into a room."
— Brian Crook Owner CEO
"Three months ago, I honestly felt older than I actually was."
"That ball has really reshaped my body, made my posture so much better, and honestly, it's given me this real sense of confidence and presence. Whether I'm at the hospital or out on the golf course, I just feel stronger, more centered, and way more self-assured."
— Dr. L Sulman, Diagnostic Radiologist
