We will start at the beginning and build your way to advanced. Sessions should be done at least 3 times a week, but we offer twice and once a week sessions as well. In every session you will have advanced a little and you will constantly unlock new exercises.
You will target every single muscle in your body as opposed to the gym. It does not even get close to working half of all your muscles. You will feel challenged, invigorated and will actually make you concentrate better. Most gym workouts are not sustainable. Performa Ball workouts are sustainable and will help you along in your older years, with less back and joint injuries. You will maintain your balance, in your older years, which is the first thing that old people start to lose.
If you are a keen sports person, we will train you on the ball to improve your particular sport.
