Yossi Montrose Bio

 

Yossi has studied sports management, Scientific core training and completed hes fitball diploma through fitness professionals
and has been training on the ball for 11 years and during that time has developed thousands of exercises.

Yossi has been training in corporates for the last 8 years, building core strength in office workers to beat back pain and improve energy and concentration levels. He's has been training individuals since inception and have had many people being trained under me. 

Yossi has developed programs for the different markets.

Yossi leverages he's expertise on the ball to do stunts on the ball for commercials, events, films.
It is a very unique market, as not many people can do this. Standing on 2 balls, jumping from one ball to the other, push-ups on 4 balls, jumping backwards on the ball and 180 degree jumps, as well as many other exercises

Yossi offers proper training to gyms on how to take proper care of the ball, from pumping to the right size to correct storage.

The wellness industry, and specifically the exercise market, is growing considerably. The ball which we predominantly use is very popular and with our expertise people will know what to do on the ball.

The concept of the ball is applicable to all these markets.
Corporate market, schools, athletes and celebrities, pregnant women and individuals.

Yossi was brought out to the sates for a company called BallBike in 2011 to help develop there offering on the stability ball.

Yossi has a current sponsorship with Vibram Five Fingers 

Yossi comes up with new exercises on a continual basis.
